Where is my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number and link, provided to you in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note: tracking is only available once the order has reached your country.
** All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours.
 (exception: holidays and weekends.)

Can I use tanning gels on my face?
Yes our gels are made with totally natural formula.
However, If you break out easily and have an oily type of skin, we don’t recommend it as Jeallis Tanning Gels is oil-based which may cause some little breakouts.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Please find some approximate shipping times below for orders sent with regular shipping:
🚢US: 3 ~ 10 business days**For tanning gels, it just need 2~5 days for shipping in US.
🚢UK / Hungary / Romania / Slovenia / Sweden / Austria / Denmark / Greece: 6 ~ 10 business days
🚢France / Germany / Canada / Italy / Spain / Netherlands / Belgium / Czech Republic / Estonia / Finland / Latvia / Lithuania / Portugal / Slovakia / Norway: 7~12 business days
🚢Poland / Luxembourg / Ireland / Bulgaria / Croatia: 8~15 business days
For Products not currently in stock, the delivery time may be up to 20 business days.
We do not ship on certain public holidays.

Are Jeallis products vegan and cruelty free?
All Jeallis products are 100% vegan & cruelty free. Jeallis only tests on babes. The willing, human kind.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately not, as soon as your order has left our warehouse we are unable to change any of the details. Always be sure to triple check your order details and notify our customer service team at info@jeallis.com as soon as you realise something is incorrect.
**Jeallis will not be liable for orders missing due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Refunds and Returns. Hope you don't need this :)
Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.Â
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.

We will always endeavour to respond to your email within 24 business hours, but often with large amounts of enquiries our response time can be anywhere from 24 - 48 hours. This does not include weekends or public holidays.
