Exfoliate 24hrs before you tan, exfoliate your body
Just before you apply your tan, moisturise areas that get dry, like your elbows, feet, hands, knees, and ankles
Pump the tanning mousse onto tanning accessories, like a mitt or brush, and apply in sweeping motions
Leave hands and feet until last, sweeping lightly over with mitt or brush and taking care between fingers and toes
