Rub the lotion using deep, circular motions all over your body prior to indoor/outdoor tanning. After your tanning session, we recommend you wait 4-6 hours before showering as your tan is still developing during this time.

This suntan lotion for tanning beds does not contain an SPF and will not protect against sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of skin ageing, skin cancer and other harmful effects to the skin, even if you do not burn. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes and fabrics. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.

I was not impressed with the product I have used it several times. An used several different beds. But there is no change in my skin tone. I would not recommend anyone buying the product

Horrible smell

I have only used it 3 times and it seems to work well but the smell is horrible to me. It smells like an old mans cologne. You could at least give it a nice suntan lotion smell or add some essential oils to it and for this reason I will not purchase again. I am sensitive to smells.
